Service of Ordination for Julie Eklund

A joy in our covenantal life is celebrating with our brothers and sisters the milestones in ministry.
On July 9, Julie Eklund of Spring Creek United Church of Christ will be ordained to the Ministry of Word and Sacrament by the Prairie Association. Julie has been called to serve as Pastor and Teacher of Redeemer United Church of Christ in Sussex, Wisconsin. She is a 2017 graduate of the Chicago Theological Seminary and a member at Spring Creek.
Please plan to celebrate God’s call on Julie at a festive and faith-filled Service of Ordination to the Ministry of Word and Sacrament on Sunday, July 9, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. at Spring Creek United Church of Christ, 4500 Spring Creek Road, Rockford, Ill.
